This is getting good. I hope the media keeps piling on Melo even more. This is going to be a great redemption story. This reminds me of the CP3 media narrative last year.
Melo at 1 year for 2.4 million is a better value than any other FA this year. Better than PG's 4/137, Cousins' 1/5.3, and even LeBron's 4/154.
Melo shouldn’t be on that list when you factor in he’s making the vet minimum. Espn is all about headlines. Every year it’s somthing new to knock the rockets down and then they play well and everyone comes out and says they saw this coming all along. Last year it was cp3 and Harden can’t coexist, smash everyone and win 65 and is still to this day the only team to win 2 let alone 3 games against GS in a series. Even the great lebron who Espn sucks off at every moment can’t even win more than 1 game in two years. The year before that it was MDA and harden can’t coexist, harden can’t play PG, teams wins 55 games and has the 3rd best record in the league. This year is melo is not Ariza? Well no s*** lol. Rockets will be 20-5 after 2 months to the season and be right there with GS for best record and everyone will say told u so rockets still the only threat.
It's weird how the media gets carried away on a big tidal wave of following the herd. What happened to (and I use this term VERY loosely) "journalists" wanting to be dissenting opinions.
