It's a good idea keeping it a finite series. Like keeping the prequel season 6 episodes long, it kept the storytelling tight. I don't think season 2 held as much direction, but it was definitely big shoes for Glaber to fill for Batiatus. Or maybe I was subconsciously mad that Glaber went for some jailbait over Viva Bianca.
The writers have said her character is not returning next year, so we can assume she is dead. She was a definite hottie!
Hope Naevia is the first to taste Roman steel. I cannot believe they had Ashur die at her hands. She is the most unentertaining character on the show.
