Something I learned about the trade deadline this year...

    ...when your team is this good, the waiting is a lot less stressful because the stakes aren't as high.

    Seriously - this used to be a day of anxiety feeling that it was your team's last chance to improve considerably but with our current team's success, I don't feel that bad about running with this squad through the rest of the season. PLUS, when your team is good, you actually have a chance to play the buyout market for a change instead of just watching Cleveland and GS load up on past their prime players.

    I look at it this way: Morey has always said that around the trade deadline, he looks at ANY possible move that could improve the team.

    However, the better your team is, the harder it is to improve it.

    No move this year might be Morey's best bet. First see what we do in June, then make your moves over the summer. Unless some impact player becomes available via buyout, of course.

    Yeah, I can totally see him making a move that won't affect this year's team in the slightest.

    Other than that, MAYBE a buyout guy. Then again, maybe not.

    It's great to just sit back and laugh at all these trades. I swear some of these moves are just for the sake of making moves, like they feel like they're missing out on something if they don't join in on the action.
