The Note 4 was released before Sprint changed their unlock policy so it can't be domestically unlocked. As for the OP, I'd check out swappa.com for a used Note 4. Looks like good condition Note 4 phones are going for $400ish. You'll find cheaper versions on ebay if you want to go down that road.
