    Morey punishes fans by trading our first round pick every year or drafting undersized power forwards. Every year the Rockets are always in deep trade discussion draft night and end up doing nothing.

    Normally...this isn’t an issue for me, because in the past, I knew Morey was making moves because he thought it would help the team that year.

    This year, though, we knew it was a Tilman-driven move solely designed to save money at the expense fo the teams present and future. I don’t blame Morey much at all. He’s dealing with a terrible owner.

    the rockets should just try and make a trade and get better we trade our 1st every year for players that are not any good we have to stop trading out picks

    They traded their 2018 first rounder for CHRIS PAUL.

    They traded their 2017 first rounder for LOU WILLIAMS.

    Last I checked, those guys are pretty damn good players.

    Sure, they've used first rounders to dump bad contracts in the past (2015 - Lin; 2019 - Knight), but let's not act like they do that EVERY year.
