    I still think Rice has a pretty solid team. It was not a good matchup for Rice. Miss State had too much size and speed for the owls to handle.

    Cool to come back and see this thread! Way cooler than the outcome of the game, unfortunately.

    As of now, Rice just doesn't measure up to SEC talent, but we still had a great year and hopefully we can build on this and keep improving.
