Didn't get to watch today but am glad he finally won. He played it about as well as possible. He is clearly a different person than he was when he was at his peak. He's paid his dues and went through all of the injury problems. Golf is simply better when Tiger is at the top. Should serve him well going into the Ryder Cup, too. Speaking of which...I don't understand the pick of Mickelson. He's playing horribly. Hopefully his inclusion doesn't cost the US.
Tiger reminds me of the glory days when scandals were about good ol fashioned consensual horndoggin. Losing sponsorships because of just that seems petty in the new era. Continued success on the comebacks.
Tiger woods, Tiger woods, Tiger woods, Tiger woods, Tiger woods, Tiger woods, Tiger woods, Tiger woods...
The competition nowadays is so much harder for Tiger then it was 20 years ago. All these guys nowadays were modeling their game after his.
Another great moment in sports history happening.... He hasn't even played the par fives well...has missed lot of short putts. Conversely, he's nailing a ton from middle to deep...It's there when he needs it. Bodes well.
Setting up for a great finish, and television Sunday. Tiger once left for dead, and nearly a decade later, has returned to form. Never seen anything quite like it. Sometimes a flash. We've seen that, but to re-cement himself after a decade of death. Crazy.
