It sucks that Reddick has to go on the DL, but is anyone else amused that he loves Spider-Man, and a spider bite caused this issue? When he wakes up he's going to see better and hit the ball 500 feet.

The webbing would count as a foreign substance so spiderman wouldn't be able to use it. He would just have a 200mph fastball, one pitch.

If he can grip walls well enough to climb, I'm sure he could put some wicked spin on the ball.

Unbelievable.... tummy aches and spider bites round out our disabled list.

Marisnick is like a UTI that won't go away.

Two somebodies are going away when Reddick and Fisher get healthy unless we drop a pitcher.

Kemp is a better option than Fisher in every aspect right now except power right? He should go spend some time in AAA imo

Playing Fisher was an investment in his high ceiling. Now that he’s struggled and Kemp has produced at such a high level, no way Fisher replaces Kemp. They may opt to have Fisher on the roster over Marisnick, but I doubt it. My guess is that if Kemp keeps getting on base like he has and there are no other injuries, Fisher will be sent to AAA once he’s healthy.

If Marisnick was just a pinch runner, late inning defensive replacement, and very rare spot starter I wouldn't mind. The problem is Hinch runs out a new lineup almost every day. He is always playing the match up game and that keeps Marisnick in the lineup way too much. He shouldn't be getting ABs over Tony Kemp, Reddick (when healthy), Davis, and Marwin Gonzalez.

Someone mentioned this in the other thread... JD Davis had 3 times as many walks last night than Marisnick had all year. You can't keep sticking a guy in the lineup that doesn't walk and doesn't make contact. He is the biggest rally killer in baseball. He makes Adam Everett look like an all-star hitter.

Like I said Jake should be gone after the season. They should left him down and called up Myles Straw.

9 guys that actually put the ball in play was such a nice thing to watch.

It's all a conspiracy by the Astros.

    Then what was your point?
