This one scares me a bit. Bortles can put up points in garbage time. Just hope we have amassed a good lead through the first three quarters

    Prediction:

    Texans 17
    Jaguars 27

This starts a spiral of losses for the Texans. 5 game losing streak coming.

Texans promote Josh Walker to active roster, sign Wendall Williams
    http://www.chron.com/sports/texans/...osh-Walker-to-active-roster-sign-10601780.php
The Texans promoted offensive lineman Josh Walker from the practice squad to the active roster, a transaction that follows them cutting offensive lineman Jeff Adams.

They also signed former undrafted free agent wide receiver Wendall Williams to the practice squad. Williams spent training camp and the offseason with the Texans and has tried out for multiple NFL teams since being released, including the Tennessee Titans, New England Patriots and Chicago Bears.

Healthy again after dealing with a sprained medial collateral ligament when he played for the Green Bay Packers, Walker joined the Texans' practice squad prior to the bye week.

Walker worked out for the Packers and Texans prior to being signed to the Houston practice quad after recovering from a knee injury that prompted Green Bay to give him an injury settlement that released him from injured reserve. Walker went undrafted out of Middle Tennessee State and signed with the Indianapolis Colts before joining the Packers' practice squad.

Williams signed with the Texans as an undrafted free agent in the spring out of the University of the Cumberlands, where he was an NAIA track All-American.

Williams ran the 40-yard dash unofficially in 4.19 seconds, which was an official 4.32 seconds. He has registered a 45-inch vertical leap.

Bring up Wendall to return punts and/or kicks. He can't be worse and almost all of his highlights are return TDs

Maybe already posted, but 790 just reported Kevin Johnson didn't need surgery. Ankle will heal on its own.

Dumb and fast. Speed kills, as long as he can remember to run in the right direction.

I think this announcing pair is a step up from Wilcots and whoever his partner is. It's still their C team, but AFC South matchups moving on up.
