A little bit of a paraphrase, but Hinch essentially said, "Rondon wasn't warmed up. That is on me. There was no way in hell Giles was throwing another pitch in that game."

Struggling is one thing you can tolerate to a degree. When you behave like an ass on top of it, that's another thing.

Yea if Giles just gave the ball to Hinch and went to the dugout like a grown man, he would be at MMP tonight

Oakland only 6 behind Seattle for last WC spot, with plenty more H-2-H to go... they very well could be in it till the end.

Doesn’t look like a good day to have a limited bullpen...

Oakland hitters know what to look for. Slightly unnerving.

Lance would have had difficulty placing that curveball that Davis nailed any more in the center of the zone had he walked it up there and set it on a tee. Literally dead center. Back to back walks in the 1st inning was probably a bad idea too.

Tucker might not be a good defensive OFer. The glove & routes I can understand, getting used to the park and all, but that throw was ****ing pathetic. Jury still out.

eta: that's 3 AB in a row that Springer has juuuuust missed crushing the ball, 2 to RF He's close to being Springer again.

Lance's ERA won't improve tonight, but his win total still can.

    Let's get it !!
