An extra arm in both the pen and rotation are the biggest needs. Not going into more details, but those will be our top targets in 5 weeks.
what's the rule where they have to restart the game 0-0? It happened in 2017 or 2015. Years all run together in my head now.
That too (even though my post was specifically referring to pitching), but we'll have to just cross that bridge later, I guess, and let things play out. Springer should be back very soon, Hinch did say his performance today in Corpus will play a role on how long he needs to stay there.
Yup, pitching is a need for sure. Look, Luhnow is a very smart man and doesn't need to take advice from a guy like me. But Luhnow loves his picks and the window will close at some point. I'm not saying trade all our assets but i hope he swings for the fence before the deadline. We won't be able to outspend the Yankees but I think too many are betting our core will be healthy come playoff time. I'm not 100% sold. I just hope he can get one extra bat for insurance
The Yankees will most likely end up with the best record in the AL. So an ass whooping over these next 4 games shouldn’t be a surprise
Every forecasting site has the Astros with easily the best record by the end of the year. Not only are they simply better (and just as injured), they have a much easier second half schedule.
