Not women who act like men. Now if she was in a bikini and kept her mouth shut hey maybe I’m there with ya but eh she aint doin it for me in that shitty commercial.
Ok first off the Torres 22 was a joke, we’ve been joking about it on the game thread for days....and I’m sorry but the first 6 minutes were all about what the Yankees didn’t do and missed opportunities on their part. I listened to entirely too much of Davis and Smoltz to let it drone on....
Listening to the post game pressers...AJ Hinch sounds like he knows exactly what his team needs and sounds confident in his decision making throughout the game. Aaron Boone sounds just lost and doesn’t really have a feel for what his team needs - he seems so much more disconnected from his team than Hinch.
I thought Boone putting Hicks at 3rd in the lineup and moving others around was a bit of desperation.
Springe and Correa, the two teammates to hit HRs (6) in the same postseason game most often, more history.
Carlos Correa: Youngest player in MLB history to 10 Hrs in the post season at 25 years and 25 days, followed by Pujols. Ramirez and Mantle
TBH, I feel this a stat that doesn't tell much, because it can increased based on number chances. Now if he is also 1st in say HR/PA or HR/AB before age of 26 year of oage, then I'd give props for that.
I've just been impressed overall by our bullpen to keep it together, even if they gave up a few runs - this is an incredibly high powered offense and it's pretty clear our bullpen has been completely underrated. It's a bit unfair that because the Yankees are completely reliant on theirs while we aren't that they don't get as much credit as they deserve. Osuna has been placing his pitches fairly well too, 2 pretty good saves back to back.
Most of this group of guys won a World Series 2 years ago. What on earth were you questioning? They’ve proven it and will prove it again.
