That was hard to swallow. Come back only to give it back. Osuna should not be the closer, period.

Your closer can’t give up 3 runs to the Orioles in the bottom of the 9th after rallying back like that. Just awful.

Blew it, blew it, blew it, blew it..... No doubt we are spoiled as fans, BUT our ace didn't look like our ace and our closer didn't look like a closer. The hitters scored enough runs to win. We lost.

Odd start for Verlander. Looked sort of lost there at times.

Assuming Osuna intentionally hit that batter...I might've been ok with that decision if the Astros had a 5 or 6 run lead. (And in that case, it would've likely been someone other than Osuna pitching.) But doing that with a 2 run lead in the bottom of the ninth is just stupid.

I'm not ready to give up on Osuna yet, but my confidence in him is weakening. I'd be open to giving the closer role to Pressly if Osuna doesn't get better over his next few appearances.

I gave up on Osuna a few weeks ago. Time for Pressly to be our closer.

Did that runner even tag home plate? I though Chirinos got him and they didn't even show a slow mo of him tagging the base. He may have missed it entirety.

Dodgers have Jensen who has been dog **** all year. The Yankees had JA Happ starting the other day. Everyone has issues. We have the most complete team in the league. Period.

5 blown saves so far and should have had another if it weren't for Reddick. I imagine he could get up to 8 blown saves this year which is bad.

Before today, Pressly has been worse than Osuna the last 2+ months.

I rewatched it and Peterson never touched the plate. Hinch made a crucial mistake not challenging.
