Verlander vs Sale in Fenway, how can you not like this? I wish the game was on Thursday. In the afternoon.
It really is astonishing how bad a postseason starter Price has been. His ERA is over 6 in 10 starts, almost double his regular season starter ERA is. His team has literally never won a start of his, 0-10. He's been spectacular out of the pen for whatever reason. A guy with his stuff always makes you nervous, but he has been awful as a starter. We just need to make Sale work and try to get him out early, like Cleveland the Boston middle relief is very vulnerable. If we can win game 1 and put pressure on Price in game 2, he may crack.
Uhm. Yeah... He’s been extremely tough on this team. Need to be patient and hope he’s not on. I never feel comfortable going up against Price.
