    I hope so.

I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt even up to the season opener. NFL screwing it up, being too harsh, etc even though Brady clearly lying and cheating (even if not super offensive cheating).

But you come out game 1 and pull a headset stunt.

    F'em.

    I don't believe he'll serve a four game suspension

So what are we at now? An appeal of the appeal of the original appeal?

How is this still going on? The freakin OJ trial was resolved faster than this, and that was as big of a cluster-**** of the justice system as there ever was.

Will Brady's appeal of of the appeal be heard and decided before the season? That becomes the new question.

Honestly, he should just serve it at this point. It's 4 games, and a good chance they may win 2 of them being that 3 of the first 4 at home. Belichick can find a way I'm sure. That's the best way to put this behind him.

I suspect they will come to some sort of compromise and his first start in 2016 will be against the Texans.

That sounds about right. I also expect some fireworks at with the next CBA over the commissioners role in discipline.

I expect the NFL to surrender and cave on the issue.

Still rings true 7 months after this post.

This is so ridiculous. A year and 3 months later and this **** is still going on!? Let.it.GO!

Did he do it or have something to do with it? Probably. But good lord...

Just want to be clear on something....

Should the nfl just let it go anytime a player challenges discipline or should they do some sort Twitter poll to get fan opinion? Why isn't Brady getting the heat for not letting it go and accepting his punishment? He is the one who took this to the courts

Yup, both sides should definitely drag it out for years and years and take it through the courts!

NFL doesn't even have proof. More probable than not.

It's more probable than not Roger Goodell is a ****ty commissioner.
