Eddie George 2.0 Just an absolute man among men running out there. Hope the Texans have an answer for him.
Imo this win/Raven loss is a credit to the incredible performances of Henry (first and foremost) and the Titans defense/coaching rather than some truth about an inherent deficiency in Lamar Jackson that will make him incapable of winning in the post season in the future. Lamar is not a fake mvp and as a niners fan, if by chance they'd make it to the Superbowl, he's the last quarterback I'd like to face.
Disagree. I saw more than a few runs in the 2nd and 3rd quarters where he was getting arm-tackled at the LOS, and punished their laziness with a 4-6 yard run. I'm sure he's had gigantic holes too. Long way from Suggs and Ngata
In the one game that mattered and on the road the Texans held him under 100 yards. RAC coached teams usually play the run well. 2nd game was a Texans scrimmage game so he had 211 yards in that one.
"Usually play the run well." From your lips to God's ears. Let's go kick the $hit out of the Chiefs---again!---and worry about stopping Henry. Can't wait.
Nobody has ever done what Henry did in the last three games. He’s entering into legendary status. Maybe John Riggins and that’s it. Scary.
Well, win or lose, I'm happy the Titans at least stopped this. I hate when the media hypes up a matchup and just forgets every other team exists. They are doing it this year for the NBA with the Clippers V Lakers, trying to speak it into existence.
Absolutely. Jackson was great this year. Baltimore just lay an egg in their most important game. Receivers couldn't catch crucial downs. Defense was powerless to contain Henry.
Henry is a monster. He can through you and around you with his power and speed. Without an Atwater type of safety, it's awfully hard to bring the big guy down. So far, two very good defenses failed to do so.
