Should have just made Jacksonville the home team for all 3 games.

Glad the Texans don't have to play over there.

They can play as a road team and don't have to lose 1 of their 8 home games.

I'm sure the NFL makes a good deal of money on these games or else they wouldn't do it, but I really wish they would drop the charade that a team in London is a real possibility at this point.

Unless they were going to put together an entire European division, the logistics alone will keep it from happening and for that matter, an entire division of European teams might not even be enough to counteract that. The travel would be too difficult and I think the franchise would struggle to attract talent.

For every adventurous NFL player that would jump at the chance to play overseas, there are likely 100 that want no part of it. They would have to overpay to get guys and unless the NFL were going to make separate rules for a London team (which would be an issue in its own right), that's no formula for success. And bad teams aren't going to sell, no matter how novel the concept is.

Maybe they are imagining launching a beefed up version of NFL Europe.

Goodell only cares about making money. Why do all commissioners suck?

Commissioners work for the owners (and players). I'm pretty sure the owners and players care about making money, and that's why the commish does it.
