Sooooo washed. Sooooo doesn't belong in the league. Just wanted to give Gary Clark playing time. Gary Clark proceeds to rarely play again. Let's check in on the Rockets scrubby forwards: 3 points, 7 points "CaRmElO iS wAsHeD" "ChRiS iS wAsHeD" Maybe the Rockets are washed?
Just goes to show Melo wasn't the source of our defensive problems, he just amplified it. Bzdelik coming back bandaged our defensive woes, not getting rid of Melo. Now that Bzdelik is gone, look, we suck at defense again, and now we apparently suck at shooting too; something Melo would have helped.
Melo straight up outplayed Rockets darling PJ Tucker. Embarrassing that we decided he wasn't worth being a rotation player.
To be honest he didn’t and sadly he was abusing tucker all night. We could use him right now but D’Antoni and his petty mind games
Thing is he didnt do anything wrong - as a Rocket... but he just had to be jettisoned to get Bzdelik to return - past stupidity came back to bite him...
Melo did do something wrong He burnt a bridge in his past... We were sucking and we had a choice, Bzdelik or Melo In the end we chose that the production from Bzdelik outweighed the potential production from Melo Let that be a learning experience to not burn bridges with others
He sucked but he was a perfect player and teammate man. He tried to adapt his game to the system and he even talked to Morey trying to ask what else he could do to help when he got traded. The onus here is on Morey bringing in the most inefficient chucker in NBA history and MDA/Bzedelik for not making clear to Morey they dont want Melo at all cost. Morey should have realized Melo is one of the worst fits possible in Rox system and ****ing Dumbtoni and Bzedlik should have the team in great shape going into the season. Instead Bzedelik resigns out of nowhere and little to no camp preparation is done resulting in everyone entering the season out of shape. Melo is the victim here calling him a bum is just plain wrong. Dude tried his best to fit in and play ball with coaches and other personnel you can't ask for more than that. What chance did the Rox give him? 2 weeks? Lol! He didnt even get a fair shake before he got unceremoniously cut and Rox almost ended his career prematurely. We are all homers here but lets not turn black into white.
Is this thread going to be like the Gray Clark thread? "Look, he went to another team and he had a great game (18 points) last night!"
