OK, let's just go to the NBA store and pick some up. We'll pick up a few All-Stars just in case. I'll drive.

    Agree.
no team should ever lose a game, and players should never have an off night

Dorsey is pretty awful now. Sucks that we kept him over Black, though it shouldn't matter.

No. Just Beverley. Overrated defender. Absolutely terrible player on offense when he's not hitting his 3's and getting offensive rebounds.

legit PG won't help that we don't have a pick & pop PF,

after hearing morey was after smith in FA when millsapp was there for a cheaper contract makes me think he doesn't really understand what a pick & pop PF cando for a offense on any team

Just curious, do you consider Blake Griffin a pick-and-pop PF?

The biggest issue for this team is a playmaker. The most realistic position for this team to upgrade is point guard. Therefore, the biggest issue on this team is pg.

Beverley cannot run a team. I cringe so hard when he tries to make point guard plays. It is a disaster. Then because he's inept Trevor Ariza tries to create on the perimeter. And we've seen how that ended in 09.

    Just a big issue overall.

I really don't think Bev was brought here to be the starter but ended up being the starter by default because the past couple of years the pg has been one of the Rox weakest positions. Pg is still a glaring weakness. Don't need a superstar but definitely need an upgrade at that position. Canaan should start to get some minutes as well for his shooting.

I understand about bev, I think he's a still a starter we just need a legit PG off bench

But mchale can't run a offense even if he had dragic without guys who want to set picks for the ball hander and who can pop to bring their man out the lane... How many times did harden get TOs tonight because players just left their man stepped up to him on his drive ? Howard just hangs in the lane, he can't shoot , when harden drives so u can't have the player defending the PF be able to do this also.

This is why mchale is forced to go small ball so much because he doesn't have the PF option for this.

So are we gonna to make another thread when he helps us win a game during the season?

He's not the best player at all, but as long as his shot is falling, he's good enough. Harden is and will be the de facto PG on this team.

PB is a hustle player. a great back up PG , he got the heart and passion for the games, but not the brain. He can't ran the offense. plays too aggressive sometimes. we need Dragic, hes going take our Rockets team to the next level!
