Yeah, I don't think a 1 year rental of Butler will be good. As others have said before, Butler wants 1. fame, 2. money. And clearly, the least prioritized thing is being on a winning team. Chicago = couldn't co-exist with Rose and Gasol. (and he doesn't want to go back there, because...Jordan's legacy?) Minny = apparently can't co-exist with KAT. And God forbid Wiggins becomes the go-to guy for wing scoring. Houston = would have to co-exist as a 2nd, likely 3rd option after Harden and CP3. Definitely don't see that going well. Nets / Clippers = no other superstar there, so Butler will be happy. Knicks = has Porzingis there, and will have the cap space (probably) to sign some good FAs next season. I don't see Butler going there.

Could definitely see Minny try to go for Harris, Bev and Lou. The problem is, and Spurs/Kawhi had this same problem: if teams know Butler is just going definitely leave Minny after this season and sign with literally anyone else, why even try to trade for him, now? Just sign him outright. Especially since Butler has made it known that he prefers the Clippers. That gives LAC all the advantage.

Do you actually know if the IG chick is from Minnesota? It's an IG chick . And a professional athlete. Butler could be in Minnesota, San Antonio, or Utah. If he wanted he could start a relationship with many an IG chick and have her move out to Minnesota...if he wanted to. Or just maintain a chick in another city or multiple cities. Cant use a desire to be around more hot chicks as a good reason to want NY or LA ...in 2018 with social media so prevalent. So much easier for guys like him to now get almost any IG chick and have them come out wherever he is or stash chicks in several cities.
