So we now know the problem with the Rockets is the fact that Jim Jackson is a cancer. our record with JJ 5-11. WITHOUT JJ 2-0...

I agree. A team like Chicago, Philly and Miami can use him (plus a 1st rounder is necessary). Just give us either Chandler, Dalembert or Jones in return.

    ;)

JJ is a great player. That cancer tag was unfair.

Still, sell high...whatever we can get for him, we take.

Are y'all kidding me? Those two wins are against a struggling Philadelphia team and the lottery-bound-with-players-I've-never-even-heard-of New Orleans Hornets.

Even though Ryan Bowen and Padgett are doing well in his absence, I wouldn't consider JJ "cancer" the least bit. Although, I'd agree that if we got a good PF in return, I wouldn't hesitate to trade him... but what quality PF would we be able to get with his contract?

As long as he isn't out there jackin gup 12 three pointers a game and making 2. I think i could make more than 2 out of 12 wide open three pointers. TRADE HIM... he's the only valuable asset on our team other than TMAC and Yao.. He is aging, and we are basically rebuidling for the future. When Tmac and Yao hit their peaks he will be retired. Get a young athletic 2 like maybe SWIFT...

If we can give up Jackson and Howard to the bulls for Curry and filler

ship curry to the grizz for Swift

Um with JJ we lost to the Knicks and the Hawks, Philly is better than NY and NO is better than ATL.

Swift is a PF (that's a four for those of you scoring at home) not a SG. We already have a young, athletic 2, and his name is Tracy.

You know, with the 4 smilies the original poster included, it should be pretty obvious that he's joking! :p

Lighten up people! It's just one of the many examples where stats fail to tell the true story!

It IS time to cash out with JJ. His value is only going down. Package him in whatever midseason trade we make.
