    Tell u this.

The longer Joseph stays out. The better.

Johnson needs steroids. So damn weak.

I really think we would have lost last night if those two were in the 4th.

This team needs Joseph. I don't know why people get on him (probably because of his salary) but he is better than Kareem Jackson now and steadier than Kevin Johnson. Johnson looks good until a dumb PI call or trying to go for a big hit and totally missing a tackle. Kareem should just go ahead and be a strong safety.

If I'm the Texans, I'm calling the Seahawks about a a Duane Brown-Richard Sherman swap.

I really feel Joseph gets blown out on most plays. Makes 1 out of 10, he looks overmatched. Yes his contract and his performance does play in as well.

I know Kareem can tackle. I agree he's a strong safety. Johnson just hasn't made any plays to me and if you're constantly getting hurt, i don't know what to say anymore.

    I would love that trade.

Joseph is a steady but not great player at this point and he doesn't have much speed. He can't help that. At least he looks for the ball though.

Kareem is not a very good coverage corner and has less speed than JJo. Kevin Johnson has upside, but also lacks speed and is a heavy tackler without a lot of strength behind it.

None of them are great, but of the three Kareem is the worst.

Rick would love to have that draft back to take Marcus Peters instead of KJ

Yeah I think they were scared because Peters had character concerns. Now he's a top 3 CB and KJo can't stay on the field.

Kareem Jackson had his BEST game as a Texans last night. He stepped up...BIG TIME.

Josephs shoulder looked like it popped out. I thought that was pretty obvious. I do not know what that means for him in regards to injury and how long he will be out.

Right but wasn't great in coverage even last night. His big plays last night were a sack and a forced fumble in the run game. It's why so many think he'd be a very good safety (which is what the Texans essentially play him as a lot of the time.) He's very good when the play is in front of him. His only issue is chasing receivers down the field and trying to play the ball.

True. But his best plays were when he was playing like a safety.

Which to me is the problem. You don't just cut a guy until you have a replacement that is better. We are not clear that we have that yet. Cushing became expendable with McKinney and Cunningham. He was very likely gone once Cunningham has a year under his belt.

Right, I wouldn't cut JJo at this point. I wanted to resign Bouye if we could afford it and move Kareem to safety full time. That didn't work out.

JJo is not a liability. Would you like a guy who is faster than him and more durable than he is at his age? Of course. But you don't cut him just to cut him. He's a solid player still. That's what the unit is really, solid. Nothing special. When we have a pass rush they can hold up, but if a guy gets time to throw deep they struggle. This has been true about the tandem for years though. Teams that see it and just attack them through the air do a lot better.

If we escaped with them not missing more than a week that'd be huge. I still have big time concerns about KJo's durability. Kareem is such a great tackler, he stepped up big last night. It's pretty clear he'd be one of the top safeties in the game

Who were the three DBs that were just escorting AJ Green as he made that catch last night. That was just horrible.

Nope he was the one who was looking up like he was going to get an interception and realized at the last second that AJ Green was already there to make the catch.
