I'll be back in the Spring, going Museum District as midtown blows and I don't have a man bun. Moved to help the parents with two dying grandmothers and a father who had 4 heart attacks in 3 months. Grandmothers did dieded, pops is better. Thanks though fam. I hope you feel like complete **** for being so mean to me.

Sorry Kamara got hurt and you might lose to a team who didn't draft and lost their first pick, first game of the season. This is gonna be great.

I know it’s still “hot” outside, but this dew points is wonderful. Makes it feel “nice” by Houston summer standards. 58/61 degree F dew points at Hobby/Bush.

Let’s this keeps up for the rest of summer.

I’ve really grown to hate this Texas heat in recent years...Fall can’t come soon enough

Last couple of days, sans humidity, have been tolerable. It was nice out this morning. But...we're just now into August which means we still have 60 days of potentially hell-like temps.

The company I work for is based in Wisconsin. I have conversations with the people there about our weather vs theirs. Yes, summer up there is fantastic. High 70's to low 80's for highs. 50's and 60's at night. But that's so short lived. They have roughly 5 months below freezing. I'll deal with our 4 months of high 90s with the rest of the year being pretty great.

I rarely meet someone who spent years and years in the midwest or in the northeast who prefers that climate to Houston's after living here for a while.

We just moved to Laguna Beach, CA on July 1. Today is my birthday so I started the day by smoking my legal joint with a cup of coffee while sitting on the balcony where it just broke 70 about an hour ago.

    I don't miss Texas.

I’d definitely take this miserable heat over 5 months of below freezing weather too

I used to go to NYC during the summer and spring all the time...I loved it so much that I thought about living there, that is until I went there during the winter for the 1st time

    after that, I was like

    that sounds so nice

I’m checking the weather for Houston and I see nothing but highs in the 90’s for days on end...I’m counting down the days until this heat and humidity go away

Where is it below freezing for 5 months out of the year? People always make that comment to me since I live in Colorado. We have a couple heavy snow days a year, maybe a dozen freezing days. Well worth the price being able to go outside all summer long

Heat and humidity is the worst. I would never move back to Texas

Officially a trace at IAH, earliest snow in Houston history. Previous record earliest date for a trace of snow was 11/23/1979.
