Don't short sell Rice. They dominated Prairie View Saturday. :)

Its going to be miserable out there, but the coogs can't beat them by enough after that crap they pulled on UH the year TDECU was being built.

I expect the Coogs to dominate, but I want to see good execution from the offense. Excited to see what Briles has brought to the table.

Cambell's has UH ranked second in Texas behind only TCU and ahead of UT and A&M. If that holds true, I will be pleased as punch. And that is what UH should have a lot of....punch. The offense might be scary good; they have killer speed. The defense is no slouch either with the best player in college football.

I didn't realize there was a pre-season. Much needed win to kick start the new offense.

First game is always hard to judge, plus Rice has already played an actual game. By second half Coogs should be firing on all cylinders.

Lark and Corbin need to step up and have a huge season. If they come through it's going to be a fun season.

If the Coogs don't win by at least 30, Applewhite should be fired immediately. Rice is awful.

Not impressed with U of H offense so far. Hope they shake it off and start playing better. We should be able to walk all over Rice.

So much for Cougar's high powered offense; appear to be stuck in the mud.

This is embarrassing. Applewhite and Briles will both be looking for a job after this year if things don't improve.

UH looks about as ready to play in their first game as a typical BOB Texans team.
