Exactly the reason he took the chance and tweeted back. He wasnt gonna become a household name or even ever be mentioned for his on field work without some kind of publicity stunt such as this. LOL
@PFF_Texans: #Texans DBs Tyrann Mathieu and Johnathan Joseph were a killer combo Sunday against the Jags Mathieu- 82.6 overall (5th), 81.0 coverage grade (4th), INT and 34.7 passer rating when targeted Joseph- 83.0 overall (6th), 84.1 coverage grade (7th), 61.8 passer rating when targeted https://t.co/i1j2WecJ1j
You can tell that he's the leader of the secondary. For the longest time the Texans didn't have one. He's made a huge difference on everyone. Maybe even could have salvaged Kevin Johnson's career too if he had been healthy enough to stay on the field.
I think the best of the Badger is still to come! With Romeo getting more a feel for him & Hal being back he’s able to move all over the field. Joseph has played pretty well, still a good #2 CB in this league. Need that #1
JJo has been the leader. Everyone looks up to him and he is always taking time to teach the younger DBs. He just isn't as loud and vocal as Matthieu. And since he is older his performance has dropped off. I wouldn't be surprised to see him become an assistant coach after he retires from playing.
Not my cornerback. He needs to go ahead and become that assistant coach already. If he were wise, hed stop celebrating and flexing for every little tackle he makes, only to get his old ass burned deep on the next play. He looks so stoopid at times. Tyrann is a true natural born leader that has been more than we couldve ever imagined. Pay the man.
