One of the funniest things I've ever seen. Not sure if this belongs here, or the hangout, but I had to post it somewhere.

I consider myself a republican, but things like this make it tough.

Seriously, who even lets a press release like this see the light of day? It shows an astonishing lack of judgment on the part of Rick Tyler for writing it and Gingrich for approving it. I'm glad that folks on both sides of the aisle are mocking it.

    And Lithgow rules!

Strangely, I can't seem to find a clip of Lithgow and Lovitz doing 'Master Thespians' ; specifically the one where they act out the death scenes.

Maybe the funniest single bit in SNL history.

Agreed. One of the funniest things ever for the Colbert Report, at the very least.

there is the additional irony that gingrich thinks he is a genius whereas lithgow is one.

I've gained a new appreciation for Reverend Shaw Moore. First he approves of Beaumont, Utah's first high school prom. Now this.

I like that when Colbert is showing images of the initial reactions from various websites, the one from FOX News appears to be overwhelmingly positive and supportive of the release.

Even funnier if you've just finished the 4th season of Dexter.

    I'm still having Lithgow nightmares.

Best season of any TV show ever.
