And agree w @rockbox that he's nothing like osmand... honnold is not your stereotypical adrenaline junkie. He takes very calculated risks and isn't just chasing that adrenaline high. The documentary was fantastic btw.

Leaving ropes out for months in the elements before a jump is not a calculated risk. It's poor judgement. He's the definition of an adrenaline junky. He just couldn't help himself.

Watched it again last night. Has to be one of my favorite films of all time.

I don't think, figuratively speaking, anyone in the world has bigger balls than Alex Honnold.

 

I still can't fathom not having fear on a wall like that. **** just happens sometimes and a lot of **** could happen while climbing 4 hours straight.

I’m not a nature guy, but I thought this film was incredible. Saw it on the big screen and was riveted the entire time. My heart was racing for the entire final hour....I highly recommend this movie.

 

**** he has massive hands.

 

A lot people are saying this was filmed on the moon.

 

It won an Oscar tonight so that was cool. I saw it is premiering on March 3rd (I think) on National Geographic channel. I look forward to seeing it for the first time.
