How would yall feel if we brought in Sashi Brown for player personnel and drafting?

As opposed to AJ Bouye, who is JAPBG -- just a Pro Bowl guy.

Could’ve easily been Marcus Peters and Bouye

Imagine Hopkins lining up against KevinJohnson in those playoff games

Didn't we offer AJ something like $15M a year but he just wanted to go somewhere else?

Probably figured we couldn't solve the QB spot so got impatient.

It's the incompetence at evaluating QBs from Year 1 to 3 of BOB's regime that has wrecked us.

    So what?

I'm sure Watt would have rather played for the Packers.

You don't insult him with your 2016 contract offer. You franchise tag the guy.

You do not let good football players walk out the door -- they're too hard to find.

Nah...the Texans just got outbid. They also offered the least in the front end out of everyone. Should've franchised him if the Texans wanted to see more but just like Glover Quin a few years back, another bad FA decision by Rick.

Lamar Miller is from Miami, played college ball in Miami and could have re-signed with the Dolphins but chose to go to the Texans because he knows they are run heavy and will utilize him. Playing for your hometown doesn't necessarily mean much for some players.

For what reason? Arizona, Carolina, Pittsburgh, Baltimore, Denver, Kansas City, Washington did it last two years. All of those bad GMs?

It's like we don't renegotiate early (Duane Brown) unless we do (Andre Johnson).

Whatever [IMG] rules the GM sets out to excuse his bad decisions only exempt him from criticism from the local media, not the rest of the football world.

Lol idk why. I think it’s just a Texans way. Maybe one player has been franchised in team history and it ended bad.

How does All Pro AJ Bouye strike you...?

And the 5th pick in round 2,

With a GM who knows what to do in drafting, developing, and keeping good players with his picks from every round.

Browns should get Rosen [Darnold doesn’t want to be there] and Minkah Fitzpatrick

What level of failure will Rick Smith descend to before he just gets embarrassed and quits? Because it’s looking like there is no level at which Bob McNair will realize he’s a terrible GM.

Poor drafting. Unbelievably poor free agent decisions. Mishandling several players, several franchise level players at that. Silly, self-imposed restrictions...no negotiating in season, no franchising, no 2 year early extensions unless it’s himself or watt or Andre. How about making the same mistakes over and over? It’s one thing to learn. It’s compounding failure to continue making the same mistakes.

Maybe it’s time to withdraw support until they make the most basic of decisions in firing the GM who has produced so precious little.

The fifth pick overall doesnt move my anger meter that much. If we had to do it all over again we wouldve gave it up in a heartbeat for Deshaun even if it was #1 overall.

The Bouye thing pisses me off more than anything. That is inexcusable.
