    If you Aunt had balls, she would be your Uncle. IF IF IFs. The Carter fumble gave the Falcons life. However, they were showing anything to suggest they could stop the offense in the 2nd half.

    If the Falcons converted a 3rd down (when the RB missed the block) in the superbowl.....up in the 4th quarter 28-3, they win. We know what happened when they didn't. Hypotheticals don't matter, what actually happened does.....

    As well as we played today, Bill O’Brien still puzzles me with the decisions that he makes.

    Can someone explain what he was going at the end of the first half? Make up your mind. Either try to score or just go to half time. Don’t run the ball call timeout. Run the ball and call timeout...

    Also a well disciplined team would not have returned the last pick for a touchdown. Fall down take a knee end the game. You see Patriots players do that all the time.

    F that...Patriots would’ve tried to run it back too if they seen it was an opportunity

    Eh.... revisionist history, DM... As you'll undoubtedly remember, a large swath of fans HATED Matt Schaub and - I'm not sure it was *as* big - but plenty felt Kubes' offense was too restrictive and predictable. He squandered great offenses in '09 and '10 with multiple bad decisions on defense (forcing Wade Phillip down his throat) and plenty jumped off the bandwagon late in '12 when they started to implode after a pretty embarrassing loss in New England.

    When all is said and done (unless, of course, Watson wins a SB), I think - given time - Kubiak and BO'B's Texan tenures will look very similar.

    Next 4 games before the bye are very important.

    @KC - 2nd O - 20th D
    @IND - 25th O - 27th D
    vsOAK - 16th O - 19th D
    @JAX - 3rd O - 26th D

    If Billy 'O can pull off a split he'll be 5-4 heading into the home stretch and that 9-7 goal will be within reach.

    And then they get @ Ravens, Colts & Patriots after the bye.

    Not squeezing out an ugly win v Carolina will haunt this team, I fear. Reduces their margin for error significantly.

    If the Texans want to be a playoff team, then they better start beating playoff bound teams in the regular season.

    If you get a big run......u set your set up to get in the FG range. Fuller catches his ball, they are close to FG range. The Falcons were playing back, so you not going to risk an interception. The Texans offense were just looking for mistakes in the D. Not that big of a deal. He doesn't have to do one thing or another.

    Except we didn't get a big run. We got like 8 yards.... Not sure how that would impact your decision to call a timeout. Second time we got like 5 yards. It just defied all logic. We were losing at the time too. We've seen Deshaun drive 75 yards in 15 seconds with 0 timeouts against the Saints. Either trust your QB or just take the knee. Not like running the ball is fail proof. Seen plenty of teams fumble just trying to run the clock out.

    Just saying. I have seen the Patriot capitalize on those mistakes all the time. The one year San Diego was the best team and LT was having one of the greatest seasons ever. I remember a fourth down play in the playoffs where Brady threw a pick and when trying to return it San DIego fumbled and it cost them a trip to the super bowl. Little things matter is all I am saying.

    Especially since defenders do not practice run backs all the time, they are prone to fumbling.

    I've seen their guys and other teams fall down at the one intentionally. Especially with such a physical sport there is no point in risking injury and continuing to play. Good thing Matt Ryan decided to take a knee on the final drive.

    LOL...it doesn't matter. Did you have to go pee or get you something to eat at halftime? You don't have to take a knee. You had 2 timeouts.....why not try a throw or another run? You are thinking too much.

    LOL. Gibson had offensive linemen and a QB ahead of him. 99 times out of 100, the defensive player is going to try to run it back. Position on the field. If he was closer to the Texans' end zone, he would have went down. but he had 3 offensive linemen and a QB around the falcons 40 yard line to beat, which he did with EASE. Stop looking for something to b**** about.

    In hindsight, taking a knee is the safer play. But then again if u have the chance for a freelo pick 6 y not. Its a good morale booster

    If you had to rank the top 12 coaches, right now in league, as of Week 5. Would you rank him your top 12, if not, how far away is he from the top 12 coaches.

    If you're up by one score or less, yep, fall down. 16 point lead, 25 seconds, take it to the house.

    Seriously, this is a pretty bizarre criticism.

    Especially considering it helps in contract negotiations
