Pistons are just awful. I really think Boston can beat Milwaukee but Tatum needs to step it up a notch and be a true 2nd/3rd star to Irving and Hayward needs to continue to look better (18+ PPG scorer form wise)
LMAO. Bucks fans ready to invade the airport after winning first playoff series in 18 years. Meanwhile, Rockets fans ready to devour Curry and Durant's blood.
This. Glad you posted the box score. Ended up 31-41 vs 9-12. In a game that was pretty close until the 4th. LOL, don't change, NBA.
I had the Celtics beating the Bucks as soon as the seedings were set. Boston beat them last year without Irving and Hayward. Celtics were the biggest underachievers in the league this season but they will show the Bucks how good they really are.
Referees had the script in their back pockets tonight. Rest of Eastern Conference doesn't even need to show up. Golf course time!
They truly are but Blake is hobbled This was no where near a true playoff series . and AGAIN . . the so called superior team still needed REF Help Rocket River
Possible but I still dun fear them. I fear the deer. Marcus Smart, one of the most important defenders will be out with an injury for much of the series or all of it. Brogdon on the other hand, a very good shooter, is coming back. One of the reasons why they underachieved and it showed flashes of trouble during the Pacers Series is their Offense, they were a very mediocre shooting team. I think the Celtics play a lot like the Jazz without Gobert obviously but with a better PG. Jazz are less talented but fight harder than the Celts. And the Bucks are some kind of version of the Rockets and the Worriers lite. So you tell me. http://global.espn.com/nba/player/_/id/2990992/marcus-smart
You make some good points and the absence of Marcus Smart is a killer, IMO. I, of course, am going on past history which is Boston beating the Bucks last year without Kyrie and Gordon. However, it is very apparent that Giannis is much improved this year than last year and that should be accounted for. Yet like the Nuggets, I think the inexperience of the Bucks will play a role in this series.
The run by the Celts last year surprised many people, me amongst them. I dun think they are that lucky this year, Kyrie disrupts their flow and while his ISO might win them some games, I am afraid he will further undermine the growth of their youngins. The East is more open than the West, I dun have Holic like spread sheets to prove that but I always have mah 6th sense, sounds lot like BS but it works for me. Because of that I think their inexperience would not be the reason of their demise. I think they have George Hill and Budenholzer who were with the Spurs, they know the drill. The reason why I am that confident? I have never seen any other team play team ball like that, sharing the ball, maybe the Warriors but it is essentially 3 or 4 guys moving the ball. The Bucks got 5 guys moving the ball, there is almost no weakness to their Offense. Oh yeah, the Yannis airballs, but it really does not matter that much to them. Apart from looking goofy they do not lose confidence that is what I mean. Let's watch some REAL BBALL.
Dayum, the Bucks have a bunch of long defenders. They needed to mature as a team. The commentator was like, well, Maker was also on that Bucks team.
