They haven't been a real threat in about 5 years.

So what they took 2 games from GS 3 years ago that's the best thing that franchise has done is all you fans hold onto.

Fact Is the rockets have just as many playoff wins and have advanced just as far as the Spurs over the past 3 seasons.

The rockets have over achieved a lot in harden era. He hasn't played with any allstar top end talent since he arrived yet he's won 45-54-56-41-55 games in a 5 year span and made the playoffs in each season, only the 54 win team having significant talent imo.

Last years team had no business winning 55 games and advancing to the 2nd round.

This Is the year for the rockets and Harden. He's got an allstar top 10 player next to him. He also has a very deep talented and balanced roster around him and cp3.

No excuse this season it's WCF or bust.

 

Are the Rockets a stealth ship? Undetected until it's too late to do anything about them? Ready to rape and pillage the rest of the NBA? Figuratively speaking, of course. If that is what makes us under the radar, so be it. We are on a mission to win at least 60 games and fight a battle royal in the Finals for the Western Conference Title and a ticket to the Championship Series. Should the Rockets complete their mission, the destruction of all obstacles in the Western Conference, including a swift kick to the genitals of the self-appointed "class" of the WC, Golden State, the Eastern Conference will be awaiting a juggernaut the likes of which they have never seen. A Rockets team determined to do what they have never done before. Win a title without a great center, and do it in the "new" NBA. How will we accomplish that? With the best back court of the new century.

Look out, world, because we're coming at you and we are taking no prisoners.
