I wonder who they are. I imagine he just picked up a bunch of RB2's (in real life, not fantasy RB2's) hoping someone goes down? I cant see him loading up on good RB's and playing nobody at WR.

In a normal league he wouldn't be able to put together a legal lineup -- in my league you have to draft a full starting team as well (no hoarding and trading before week one).

 

QB / RB / RB / WR / WR / FLEX(RB) / TE / K / DEF

6 roster spots for other positions + 8 RBs = 14 total spots.

His entire bench is RB's. My bench is like 80% RB, hmmm...

 

I don't play fantasy football, or any other sport either for that matter. But given that running backs are by far the most volatile position, doesn't it make some sense to stock up on it? Perhaps not to that extreme a situation where the entire bench is RBs, but it doesn't seem like too big a stretch. Hoarde them. Cut those that aren't starting, and trade away unexpected studs for big return. It would be the perfect Morey thing to do.

Also, these guys need to keep track of the 8 RBs Morey picked. If most of them succeed next year, the Texans need to hire Morey to restructure their front office so they can start drafting worth a damn after round 1.

 

I heard Morey's RB strategy led to a lot of dominant wins in the season but his team bowed out in the 1st round of the Playoffs.
