How do you jump from "hey, parents it's not safe to make the journey with your children up here" to "let's criminally prosecute and detain any families, not applying context at all, seperate them from their kids and detain them in sub human living standards over the legal 72 hour holding period"?
that statement is nothing compared with trumps statements and his real life concentration camps, or cages, or torture facilities. dont think this statement can divert the attention .... try harder plz
The reason is because it wasn't at all the same as Trump's policy regarding the separation and detention of children in humane conditions without a trial. It was the exception rather than the rule with the Obama administration, was only for brief periods and in sanitary conditions. Can you explain to me why anyone would try to present the two situations as being the same?
