CP3 has a better WS, BPM, VORP, PER, and onoff than westbrook

    1. Have you ever heard the term sample size? What makes me LOL here is you acting like some sort of expert 19 games into the season. Imagine using a 19 game sample size to draw conclusions about an 82 game season lolololololol

    2. Cp3 is not a great fit for the Rockets because he had a falling out with Harden. You can talk about how amazing Crippled P3 is but if he doesnt get along with Harden what does that matter? Amazing defense, you mean when he used his butt to guard KD and got called for a defensive foul in the playoffs? Or how about when he kept whining like a baby after every call and grated on everyone's nerves including the refs and his own teammates? Dude's barely 6 ft he ain't guarding Kawhi, Lebron, PG and AD. WB is 6'4 and built like a tank and extremely athletic he has better chance of guarding wings in the playoffs than Cp3. Who will Cp3 use his vaunted defensive prowess on? Patrick Beverly and Carusso? LOL!

    3. When it comes to disastrous playoffs Crippled P3 is the expert on that as much as WB, wasnt he the mastermind of the chokejob Clippers had vs Mchale led Rockets way back when? All his playoff success only came when he became teammates with Harden if you take that out of the equation WB has done more in the playoffs than Cp3.

There were never any legitimate sources that said he had a falling out with Harden, enough.

Yeah there were any legit sources except Harden pushed for the WB trade as per his own admission. Would you actively use the clout you have to push out a dude you have no falling out with?

Morey actually said that James wanted to keep Westbrook and Paul, it was not about getting rid of Paul, it was about getting to play with Westbrook. Austin Rivers and Tuck even confirmed all that stuff about their being conflict was nothing.

How would it be possible to keep all three contracts of Paul, Westbrook, and Harden? Did Harden want a 3-man roster? That could be MDA's wet dream. No more cumbersome 6.5-man rotation. 3 guys is all we need! :D

I’ve watched cp3 play a couple times and I’m glad we got out when we did.

I wish Morey could have moved Gordon plus whatever else to get Westbrook and kept cp3 but more for sentimental reasons and also as a calming presence when Harden or Westbrook get turnover happy.

But if the choice was cp3 or WB I’m taking WB all day. Not even close IMO.

Westy really gives us that dude that can just take over when our shots aren't falling. I'm down for that.

This is spot on. People treating Eric Gordon and Clint like they are the third star on this team. They are good but again just good role players. We need one more solid piece.

Who cares? He will probably miss a lot more games than Westbrook. I feel better with Westbrook on our team than CP3.

Man i hate threads like this, You just looking at stats. If you actually watch the Thunder games hes workload is a lot lower, shooting less and etc. He also had games he had no impact.

This is the best post. I busted out laughing. Gems like this are why I read through boring threads.

All the nerds are pushing their glasses back up before starting the response “well actually...”
