27-24 Cincy leading at half. Coogs started the first ten minutes playing terribly and had to claw their way back. Armoni Brooks is going to be a scoring machine next year. Really like what I've been seeing from him. Fabian White has a lot to learn on playing team defense. Rob Gray hasn't done much yet, so hopefully he gets going second half. Game is very winnable.
This officiating needs to be investigated. This is incredible. Cincinnati has gotten to free throw line on every possession in the last ten minutes of the game.
It sure was. Showed some heart and resilience. Cincinnati fans will be bitter and alone tonight. Cougars are gonna celebrate. We going NCAA now. I don't know what the f that strategy was to let a poor shooting team sit at the FT line all night, I mean 24-32 FT, but whatever, we WON! woo hoo!
We going dancing boys! Watching this undersized team play defense is awesome. So much tenacity from guys like Corey Davis. Glad we get him for another year.
I'm really hoping we can get to Wichita, KS or Dallas. Would make it a lot easier for fans to travel and show support. Go COOOOOOOGS!!!!
The media is so frustrating. Upset this, upset that. Yes it was an upset but UH is a top 25 team and has been ALL year but just overlooked (go figure, of course). We now have wins over Arkansas, Providence, Wichita State, and Cincinnati. Not only are we in the tournament but I have a real good feeling we are gonna surprise some more.
