Seems far more likely that Marisnick is ahead of Straw in terms of who gets to start.

Sounds like his back is good to go. All I needed to know.

They might change things after this series, but they will not change things in the middle of it.

i'd love to have healthy correa back too, but if he can't swing then play Kemp or something. No point in lying to ourselves

He's been hitting the ball decently this series (.345 xwOBA), just doesn't have anything to show for it.

If you hit and/or throw the ball right to him he is ok. Anything other than that is a total adventure. He does not stretch for throws, he may be the most unlimber 1B I've ever seen, and combine that with his foot "speed" and leaping ability....

Getting vintage Correa back would just be unfair. Even if they don't win it all this year, I don't know if we'll ever see another baseball team in Houston quite as good as the one we have right now.

In 3 games he has a .308 on-base percentage. Not horrible in that aspect.

He might turn it around, but in the 2nd half half of the season he has been one of the worst hitters in baseball.

I didn't and still don't expect vintage Correa in this postseason, he just doesnt seen to have his full hitting toolbag.

But he shouldn't be as terrible as he has been, hopefully he can keep giving us something so it isn't a complete dead spot.

So he’s not allowed to have fun like the rest of the team?

In a small sample size of three games, one game with two walks and a homer makes his performance at the plate average at worst.
