    Bad news for the Texans- Grigson's incompetence gave the Texans their two recent Division crowns.

    May not be so bad if they keep Pagano as a dead coach walking with the new GM eyeing him closely.

    If they fire Pagano and let the new GM hire his own guy, that would be very bad news.

    As long as the Colts keep having Pagano as their coach, expect the Texans winning the division again. Pagano is a terrible coach.

    Hiring Peyton Manning would be great for them. My guess is he would have the sense to dump Pagano.

    Rumor was LSU fired Les Miles because he couldn't get past Alabama. Colts fire Grigson cause he couldn't get past the Texans?

    The Colts front office has a lot more issues than just beating us. Apparently the relationship between Grigson and Pagano was so bad that Ersay hired them a psychiatrist which is laughable in itself.

    But bad drafts, FAs signings, and the infamous Trent Richardson trade did him in. He also b****ed about not having money for the defense because of the Luck contract. Not good for a guy who drafted Philip Dorsett in the 1st round when you had the worst defense in the league the year before.
