Colin Kaepernick investigated for alleged sexual assault

    "San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick has not been charged, but is reportedly being investigated for a possible sexual assault.

    TMZ reports that police are investigating an alleged incident at the Viceroy Hotel in Miami this month.

    The investigation is described as in the “beginning stages.” No details were provided about the nature of the allegations against Kaepernick."

    Latest reports say that the woman in question woke up in the hospital, did not know how she got there, contacted the police and filed the incident report. Supposedly a rape kit was taken at the hospital. At this point, there's nothing criminal being investigated about Kaepernick.

    LETS RECAP:

    A girl hangs out with some NFL players (One she has already screwed). She got really drunk and took a bong hit that sent her over the edge (close to passing out)

    The guy she has been screwing came in to check on her, they started making out until the guy realized she was seriously too 'over the edge' to continue.. so he left so she could sleep it off. He later came back to check on her, became concerned and took her to the hospital

    Because she was so intoxicated, she can't remember hardly anything so I imagine whatever story she comes out with to get paid is completely credible

    That Colin Kaepernick sure sounds like a dirtbag; that girl sure sounds like she wants to get paid

    not sure about the sex, but i heard on the radio it was someone he's been linked to before and that it appears she's a celebrity of some sort.

    Why is this a story? Did they find anyone else's semen in her? Some chick gets wasted and Kaepernick decides to not bang her because she's too intoxicated. A couple guys peak in the room while she's naked and she tells them to get out?

    Sounds like every other weekend when I was in my early 20's.

    I think the story, if there is one, has to do with the part where she wakes up in the hospital with no memory of how she got there. How and why she was in the hospital is the focus of the investigation and the possible story.

    So far, we just know that TMZ just made stuff up to create a juicy story.
