If MDA and the Rockets arent prepared for the GS Pre KD motion offense tonight Im not sure what I'll do with myself. That is all they should be studying, talking about and preparing for. Curry and Thompson CAN NOT BE ALLOWED TO RUN FREE!!!! Switch man must be ready for the quick shot. House can help you throw more athleticism and length at these shooters USE HIM!!

CP - this is it big dog. Its time to clock in and leave your imprint on this series in a positive way. I love the chippy and under the skin stuff you do to bother GS, but we need points man. We need assists and we need rebounds. Turn back that clock for a couple more games!

Need fast starts from EG and the bench players when they get their chance. Establish some confidence and hopefully ride that into a game 7.

Lets Go RoX!! Blast off right in their faces!

heres a beautiful comment i read on the Internets

D’s absence means that the rockets can sag off even more from non-scorers on defense and double team steph and klay and force them to give up the ball/take tough 3s. The reason why steph and klay have been building brick houses from 3 this series isn’t because they just magically had 5 bad shooting nights in a row, it’s because of the rockets’ constricting perimeter defense that’s not letting them get into rhythm and forcing tough shots. And that defense is even better without KD’s gravity on offense.

The lack of KD’s length and quickness on defense really hurts the warriors. KD was the best Harden defender the warriors had, but Harden can blow right past Curry, Looney, Iguodala, for easy layups or open 3s or fouls.

Plus not having KD’s 45 minutes per game that he’s been putting in means their rotations are even longer and their starters are even more gassed out down the stretch,

Just because we lost that one quarter without KD doesn’t mean that much, it’s honestly such a small sample size. Jerebko and Draymond made a three, Klay got some tough fadeaways to go, got some lucky loose balls/offensive rebounds that created open looks for Klay, and 50-50 calls, and even then we were pretty close. If you saw Curry’s reaction at the end of the game he was on knee almost like thanking god they won, which just sums it up perfectly. The warriors were lucky to win that one.

Put a damn body on everyone on rebounds. Show Curry double coverage and mix it up. Deny him the ball and play physical as much as the refs allow. Don’t allow anyone be to a playmaker in this game.

Be aggressive on offense and force Curry to defend each postition and force his switches (no excuse on this).

At this point, I’m letting Green, Iggy, whoever else take all the shots. The switches we play do help on the perimeter screens, but Curry and Thompson can get shots off so fast. I think they’ll put PJ on Thompson, to bother him with his physicality. Game plan to limit those two, and we should be fine.

I think you won’t see House anymore this series, unless Green and Shump are really ineffective. GG has been pretty bad on both sides of the ball, so I would honestly consider House for his minutes, but House wasn’t boxing out or hitting his shot either. Shump has actually been ok offensively, and though he seems to play hard on D, doesn’t seem like he’s great with all the switching (or maybe just isn’t accustomed to it, given his lack of playing time with the team)

Marc Davis was the only ref of the three to call something against the Warriors in game 6 against the Clippers, he also called two bs fouls against the Warriors, not sure if he was annoyed by them or made some calls up to compensate the Warriors pro calls the other two made, but he's definitely one of those who takes things personally, we better not whine much against him imo, let the audience do that.

he's got a huge ego and doesn't take crap from any players. he screwed us in game 3 last year when harden got only 5 FTs and we got 13 as a team. our only loss to minny was also w/ him in attendance

Let’s not worry about the refs, that is out of the fans and the Rockets control... don’t whine. Show up and play hard. Change the narrative on your legacies (particularly Harden. CP3, and MDA).

We can beat this team. Are we more talented? No. Without Durant? It’s damn close now..

    Go Rockets!

Got Marc Davis tonight which means Brothers will be there game 7, gonna be a rough two games for Harden.

Davis especially calls basically nothing on Harden drives.

I am developing a man crush on Nick Wright and its not because he looks good (he’s sorta looks trolly) it’s solely because all the other media heads are blind with hate and bias or just plain dumb. I am glad he sees things the way they are. Now the Rockets need to own up and get 2 wins to advance.

Very on target and quite refreshing considering the largely one-sided “reporting” we’ve been seeing from so much of the media. Thanks, mikol. You’ve really been pumping out the latest tweets and other info pertaining to the Houston/Oakland series.

    Keys to the game:
    - give Klay and Curry no room to breathe, double team as much as you can. If you lose because Iggy or Green went for 30+, so be it.
    - rebounding and box out, have to put bodies on guys and not ball watch (looking at everyone except PJ). Simply have to win the battle.
    - Harden, CP3 and Gordon to have to put pressure on their guards, be aggressive and look for early shot clock opportunities to push it.

We will win tonight no doubt

It’s game 7 at oracle that scares the hell out of me.
