Why would Trump tweeting threats have a hand in this? Instead of talking trade, all you got is NK. Have you ever considered NK finally reached their nuclear goals?

Actually ive been saying this is a result of the Tariffs threat since the talks were first proposed.

So the Tariffs worked on two fronts. China has the ultimate influence in North Korea

No I don't feel any threat from Iran or North Korea. That's just me personally

Especially Iran and if you noticed instead of thinking I'm a Trump cheerleader, I said don't agree with him pulling out of that treaty

The United States has always asked/pressured China on North Korea. Why wouldnt tariffs help in that regard?

That's more sensible than them just happening to reach their goals during Trump's first year and a half.

Everyone wants to spin the Korean peninsula talk as South Korea becoming more willing to talk, which maybe true.

I'm saying the tariff threat is forcing China to force North Korea to be more diplomatic.

Because it’s more likely they have achieved their goals after decades of trying and are ready to talk. Just because we don’t want NK to have nukes, doesn’t mean the region isn’t ready to deal with them with or without us.

once again, you're publicizing your ignorance.

China is to NK as the USA is to Israel. just like the US can't force Israel to do anything---despite providing a large sum of foreign aids----
China can't force NK to do anything

Well because like 20 million S Koreans live within NK’s artillery range, they are sick of this conflict. We have been using tariffs on NK for some time. Have you considered that NK is a strong military ally in the region and maybe China prefers a strong NK?
