    According to a report from RealClearInvestigations, Eric Ciaramella, 33, a former National Security Counsel staffer and registered Democrat who was held over from the Obama White House and previously worked with former Vice President Joe Biden and former CIA Director John Brennan, fits the description of the whistleblower who filed a complaint about President Trump's July 25 phone call with the leader of Ukraine.

    The whistleblower could be Hillary Clinton or George Soros and it still wouldn’t matter at this point. That train has left the station.

    This exercise of trying to out and destroy the whistleblower serves no purpose but solely to enact vengeance on behalf of Trump who feels like this is the man who started the impeachment ball rolling down the court.

    If Texx, Dasch and others feel like “the whistleblower” is important it’s only because those guys are so head over heals in love with the man, the myth... his great excellency... that they care about him getting that vengeance.

    Because who the Whistleblower is simply changes nothing. Bill Taylor, Vendeman, and soon to be John Bolton have all confirmed or will confirm the same details. Hell Trump himself confirmed the facts.

    So why do you guys care so much about Trumps personal vengeance? How does that serve you in life? What in life went so bad that you feel like the well being of this 70 year old nutcase you’ve never met before is so important to your own happiness?? It’s time to get help folks.

    When paired with the transcript that was released (no problems with the transcript), it definitely matters if the whistleblower is a biased Joe Biden colleague.

    The whistleblower could be Joe Biden........ it doesn't matter if the claims are substantiated or admitted to by the White House staff and the President.

    It is a good way to try to distract people......... but that is about it.

    The Democrat thing actually does matter because it gives Republicans another bullshit cover excuse for why the Presisent's crimes don't actually count. As long as the Republicans can smear enough feces on the crimes and everything tangentially related to it to give themselves enough cover so that the people who vote for them aren't mad enough to vote for someone else, they are going to vote against impeachment - the Senitorial equivalent of jury nullification.

    It's pretty clear at this point where this is going to end up - the House basically has to refer at this point based on the mountains of incontravertable evidence and the Republicans in the Senate will say Jupiter and Mars were in alignment so it was backwards day and the crimes don't count and people who reported it were pedophiles and Satanists and somehow that means the clear facts of the case are tainted somehow and they will vote against despite in their heart of hearts knowing that Trump pretty seriously broke the law.

    Party over country, YOLO, hold my beer while I **** the rule of law.
