Cool. I bought a Joule a few months ago but the Anova is probably the most popular and cheaper, too. I’ve done ribeyes with it that turn out awesome ... just need to perfect how to sear it. That multi cooker looks cool. I finally bought one of these for about $68 when Amazon briefly dropped their price down to that for a couple of hours a couple of days ago :

Bought an XBox One S from Target for $229. Best Buy had it for $189 as art of a door buster but no way was I going to get up that early or fight those crowds.
I got the Roomba 614 for $224.99 ($75 off) from Bestbuy. This is the "no frills" model, and all i need. The other one I was trying to get was the Roomba 690 for $274.99 ($100 off) but they sold out. Only real differences are (1) Wi-Fi, (2) App enabled, (3) Alexa and Google Assistant compatable, & (4) scheduling. Otherwise they are both the same mechanically. TBO I really don't need the bells and whistles and will just bend over and push the button to turn it on when I need to. For the Roomba 960 plus extras, that's a real good deal. Probably better than my deal. But honestly the 614 is all I need, I have no pets, just a couple of messy kids LOL

Hell even sirloin comes out good on a sous vide, it's crazy. Anyway, on searing I've just been using cast iron skillet on grill and get it insanely hot, use some butter and roughly a min on each side, comes out medium rare (or whatever you cooked it at on sous vide) all the way through etc. Can almost get a sirloin close to a filet, however, I do get better cuts too, it's just insane on the sous vide what you can get w/ cheap cuts. If you haven't, you should try chicken breast, iirc it's at 145 F for 1-2 hours depending on fresh/frozen (I know the 145 is low but I found some awesome guides explaining why it's safe, if interested I can dig them up). Anyway chicken comes out (non-stringy), and you'll only need a fork to eat it. You still do a low sear on it etc. Sorry for hijack
