    Yes, Breitbart will track how much winning Trump did for first eight months versus next eight months. Eventually, we hear, we will all be "tired of winning" above Bunyon replacement.

    To quote Rick Wilson, "Everything Trump touches dies."

    If this ouster was acrimonious (and I can't see Bannon taking anything any other way), I fully expect the dogs of war to be let loose on President Trump from Breitbart. It's seemed for a while that Trump's 30% approval rating could only go meaningfully go down if right-wing media turned on him. We're about to see if that holds.

    Eh, honestly, that's wishful thinking. I would bet they're parting on good terms. Bannon called it at eight months coming in, so he's probably not that disappointed. I would bet they'll even stay in touch.

    In the Vice News Charlottesville video, one guys said something to the effect of "things have gotten too hot, it's time to lay low for a while".

    I'm suspicious this move is part of that feeling.
