Are we saying they've turned the corner?

In other news, OKC is 2-9 in road games (on a 7 game losing streak) with 5 upcoming in 9 days.

If OKC was playing atrocious D I would have questioned whether they could fix their problems but they weren't. Near the top of the league in points allowed so I thought it was a matter of time before they gelled offensively. Seem to be doing it with integrating either one or two of Melo, PG or RW in the second unit for parts of the game and now Adams is more involved in the offense on PnR. Andre's D stellar last night against Utah letting OKC overcome a 12 pt deficit to begin the 4th and each of the big 3 made some big shots in the 4th. Not saying they're elite but it wouldn't surprise me if they're a 3rd seed come the playoffs.

    3rd seed???

They ain't better than us, or GSW, and SAS + Kawhi is 55 wins easy

Even if they gel, and thats about an average offense judging by their style of play, they have a lot of ground to cover to catch up to San Antonio or even Portland, also a good defensive team with a much better offense

Yeah, they are barely skirting past teams, i'm not too worried. I think they will be a team around .500 all year, may or may not get them into the playoffs.

I would love to see them fail as much as anyone, but i have to be realistic, they have still too much talent to miss the playoffs in this West...if they do, that would be really atrociuos and i just can't see that coming in the end unfortunately...and they're also lucky that Millsap is out, Gobert has been out, Conley has been out, Clippers had a lot of injuries...all those teams could've been better in the standings if healty.

I was expecting them to be much worse defensively tho. They have surprised me on that end of the floor.
Timberwolves surprised me defensively as well. With Thibs as a coach, and handfull of above average defenders on the team, they are currently below average team in the league..crazy

OKC beat a Spurs team without Leonard, Aldridge, Parker, Ginobilli.

The Spurs started and played Brandon Paul 33 minutes.

The game was in OKC and the Thunder won 90-87...... not sure I am all that impressed.

OKC beat a Wolves team that is 4-6 in their last 10 games...... further, the game was in OKC and the Wolves are .500% on the road.... the Thunder won the game by 4 points.

OKC beat a mediocre Jazz team.

The game was in OKC and the Jazz are 2-8 on the road.....OKC won by 6 and were down 12 going into the 4th quarter.

What's going on with P-Pat? Seemed like a good fit and a steal contract-wise at the time.

he went to a team where their star player diminishes their role because he wants to chase triple doubles.

same thing happened to oladipo. solid on the magic, went to the thunder and people said "what happened?", now he's back to ballin on the pacers.

I agree, but don't think RWB ball-hogging should change a solid player to unplayable. At least some blame has to be on P-Patt
