BTW, this is from a Warriors fan, even though he seems more knowledgable than most Warriors fans.

I disagree that rox defense only looks better bc they slow the pace down. We got legit defense this year....

Interesting thoughts . It's a testament to how good both teams are that there are so many factors that can swing a game / the series.

One point I wanna make on home court ... yes the rockets home crowd is definitely not on par with the warriors crowd . ( at least it hasn't proven to be this playoffs )

But having home court not only gives you the benefit of having "your" crowd, it takes a game away from the GS fans and their influence.

I'm so sick of people predicting this series who know nothing about the Rockets. "What will they do when they can't run all game?" "They only play on one side of the court."

Good job to this dude on actually watching the team play games, and crafting a thoughtful analysis. I hope he's wrong, but I disagreed with almost none of his points.

Dang dang dang. It's in our best interest to have home court. Regardless if it not as good as theirs..i agree it takes away one of thier strengths

Oh sure- the rockets talked these worriers back into the underdog role? BS.

Not worth your time. He thinks the way for GSW to win is to get Capela in foul trouble.

Has he watched a single game this year outside of the ROX GSW head to heads? Because I can’t recall the last time Clint was in foul trouble. He doesn’t do that anymore.

Chris Paul isn't a plus defender? Sure, he's 5'11", not long, and isn't an athletic freak...but all of that has been true since he came into the league. At 33 and with a history of injuries, he's surely lost some athleticism, but we're talking about a guy who's regularly been 1st-Team All Defense. He'll be a plus defender until the day he can't run up and down the court.

I mean, that’s extremely accurate though. If you can get Capela in foul trouble, it’s bad news for the rockets.

I am so sick of this as well. We play defense now and do not play fast. Everybody talks about our isolation players and do not take into account that by going iso you slow down the game.
