I have a friend who literally just moved to the DC area this past week, and I bet I could stay with her. However, unless our customers decide to finally pay us at work after months of waiting, I'm too broke to make the trip. Go have a good time for all of us.

Na. I'll probably get to one or two WS games here though... got to 1 in 2017.

Been living here in DC for a few years, would love to meet up with some fellow Astros fans! Going to try and make it to Game 4 at Nats Park.

I just bought tickets to take one of my sons to game 3. I said I'd buy the tickets and hotel if he'd get the game day beers. Go 'Stros!

You'll probably come out ahead on that arrangement.

I'm going to fly in at 7pm EST and staying through Monday afternoon.

I'm going to look for tickets for Game 5 and see Cole close out the series.

Those tickets are going to be crazy expensive. Lots of rich people in DC and this is the first world series for them.

The tickets will go down if we win game 1 and 2.

Also, is there any Astros meetup watch parties in DC? Want to watch Game 3 and 4 with some Astros fans!

Still many days away but right now Sunday has a lot of rain in the forecast so game 5 might be postponed until Monday night and you'll already be gone by then.

You know, the price of the tickets did cause pause but it was the stubhub/vividseats fees that pushed the total into somewhat painful. W. T. H...

I'm an Astros fan right by DC in Alexandria, VA looking to go to games 4 and 5. I have tix already for game 3. Game 5 may be a clincher so I'm willing to spend a little more to be closer to the field. Let me know if you have any interest - could also tag up at some point before or after. There's an Astros bar in DC that's showing the games. Not sure if I'm gonna go to any of these game watches yet: https://www.washingtonpost.com/dc-md-va/2019/10/21/houston-we-have-an-astros-bar/

I want to go to Game 5 for the potential clincher. I can meet you at the Republic Cantina bar on Saturday

Did you already buy tix for game 5? I have not - I have ticketsatwork.com which has tickets a little cheaper than Stubhub with fees. I am unsure about Saturday plans right now.

I'm new to the board. Can you DM someone? We can take this offline.

Seeing if tix drop after games start, prices are way too high right now. Would also be interested in some meetups or Astro friendly bars here in the DMV

The Rockets play @ the Wizards on the night of Game 7 (if necessary).

Like all Wizards games - plenty of good seats still available, despite it being the home opener.

It's not too late to change your plans folks.
