    Using diversionary tactics such as

arranging for xi's visit to Mara Lago to witness the bombing Syria, the sleight-of-hand of the USS Carl Vinson,
Trash talking about NK, Ivanka's visit to the Women's conference in Germany, hint of another stab at repealing/replacing ObamaCare, talking points on the deficit-financed tax cut, trade war against Canada, NAFTA
Agent Orange has been working hard to change the narrative, away from his former campaign advisor (from the beginning) and eventual National Security Advisor, LTG Michael Flynn.

But he's back in the headlines again.

DOD inspector general has opened a probe into former Trump adviser Mike Flynn relating to payments from foreign countries.

the House Oversight Committee, released three documents on Flynn, including a letter from the DIA counsel's office in response to an inquiry from Flynn in October 2014.

The letter, a primer on ethics restrictions that apply to retired military officers, warned that Flynn was prohibited from receiving foreign payments without prior approval, under the emoluments clause of the U.S. Constitution.

"The Pentagon's warning to Gen. Flynn was bold, italicized and could not have been clearer," yet Flynn received payments from RT, the Russian propaganda machine and ~ $600K from Turkish lobbysts
