    I might well question whether the provisions of the Vacancies Act were well though out in those circumstances.

    But we have already seen the DOJ/FBI corruptly handle the investigation of Hillary Clinton, and you guys continue to defend, and to lie and deny about that misconduct to this day. So you will not be taken seriously now if you or any of the rest of you try to pretend what you are concerned about is justice here.

    not only was Whitaker on the co's (who perpetuated a scam) advisory board, he was also featured in
    the co's advertisements. also, FBI has Whitaker's email threatening / intimidating customers
    who were complaining about the scam

    he has become such hot potato that Trump is lying that he doesn't know whitaker

    Ok, that was interesting. I get how that works for a lot of issues/situations. On certain issues, when both parties are claiming the high ground, who decides who is being tolerant and who is being intolerant (thus warranting intolerance)?

    I guess we got the answer to that question. Someone currently under FBI investigation.

    You got legal trouble? Just get on CNN as a Trump surrogate, and Trump will give you the most powerful position in American law enforcement no questions asked.

    There’s a reason why people like Paris Denard etc constantly say water isn’t wet when on CNN defending Trump. This is example A. Why CNN is committing malpractice by giving these guys a voice just because they want to try to be impartial.

    And yet, trump directly and purposefully lied to America by saying he didn't know whitaker. I know, trump lies about everything, but if he lies about smaller things like this, imagine him telling the truth about big things...
