I personally think that Paris would win the group.

Napoli-Liverpool would be a battle, no idea who would win there(perhaps a draw is the most likely result).

Very proud of Brugge, we didn't finish last in a very tough group.

If you haven't seen the Sir Bobby Robson documentary on Netflix, I highly recommend it.

Dramatic finish, as expected. One single goal made the difference between Liverpool/Napoli and Tottenham/Inter respectively with the better end for both English teams. I wished Atlético showed more effort to win their group, because they're the least team I want Bayern to face in a two game series. Now they'll be in Pot 2 and all the teams from Pot 1 will hope to avoid them.

If only you guys won the first game against Dortmund, could've changed the whole dynamics in this group.

Well i quote the Rolling stones here
    "you can't always get
    what you want
    but if you try sometimes
    well you might find
    you get what you need"

I feel that realistically its better for Brugge to not continue in the champions leauge, we need to focus on the Belgian league.

It's been a pretty weird season in Belgium and the domestic title is much more important for me than getting to the next stage and probably getting eliminated by a better team.

Exciting match in Amsterdam, but I'm furious about our defense. This has to be Boateng's last season in Munich.

    Juventus (ITA, H)
    Manchester City (ENG, F)
    Paris Saint-Germain (FRA, C)
    Porto (POR, D)
    Real Madrid (ESP, holders, G)

    Group runners-up

    Here we go...

Could've been more interesting. Free trips to the Quarters for City and Barca, probably PSG, too. I can see Ajax shocking Real. Tough test for Bayern, but English teams rarely did well in Munich, so I'm hopeful we get our **** together until February.

I also have a feeling ajax might upset Real.

I'm expecting Tottenham-Dortmund to be a good game, if i have to take a guess I would say Tothenam would eventually win.

I wouldn't mind him coming back to Madrid. But they wouldn't dare.

Did you know that this is the THIRD time a loss to Klopp preceded his firing.

    WERE YOU ALL NOT ENTERTAINED??????

    WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOooooooooooooooooooooooo

That United match revitalized me. Most fun United match in ages and you could tell how much it meant to the players after the match. They played free. Pogba was magnificent. Rashford, Martial, Lingard all lovely. Everyone was lovely in the match. Hopefully they keep it up but we shall see. Doubt they'll have any more 5-1 victories but if they play like this I'm sure United fans will be alright.

Now back in the mix to fight with Arsenal and Chelsea. I doubt United can catch Spurs.

Hopefully United get the ship going the right way now and make the race for UCL and Europa league spots entertaining for all PL fans.

I co-sign on that. I think Ajax defeats Madrid.

Bayern fans, how are y'all feeling?

Feeling better about Kovac now? I think he's got things going the right way now and Bayern will give Dortmund a heckuva battle to end the season.
I still think and hope Dortmund win but it'll be fun to see a close race with Bayern, Gladbach and maybe Leipzig in the mix.

    Good call on that.

Same with the Sunderland docu! Even better than the Amazon prime one on City because there were a lot more storylines for Sunderland over the past year than having to manufacture one for a City team coasting to the PL title.

While it was one match and it was against Cardiff, that was seriously fun to watch. It was wonderful seeing them play with obvious joy and the weight of 1000 worlds lifted off their shoulders. It had been so painfully obvious how miserable they were under Morinho. I really hope they continue to show their actual talent and that Ole Gunner, one of my favorite Red Devils of all time, gets a real chance at winning the full time gig.

For all of Morinho’s alleged greatness, is it really that hard to understand that the players make the system...not the system makes the players? There are world class players up and down that roster. What they’ve been through the last few years was a waste of time. I’m excited again and I think all United fans will tell you that they’re cautiously very optimistic.

Haha, Yeah United brought me back after the performance yesterday.
Plus I just wanted to check in with you Bundesliga fans and see how y'all are doing. You Bayern fans, Yung T, Raz, ATW, etc. Hopefully no one was losing their mind over Kovac and the rough start to the season. I bet Bayern will fight Dortmund for 1st place right until the final week of the season.

That CL matchup vs Liverpool tho.....
