Vipers run our offense better than we do. What a pace.

How much money would it take for Joshua Smith to lose 100 lbs? He has talent he is just so damn fat. If someone told me I had to lose weight and a million dollar contract is on the table waiting, I'm eating spaghetti squash until the end of time.

That's because people play decent defense at times in the NBA. :D Every team in the DLeague except one has a pace of over 100. Only about 9 or 10 NBA teams did during the regular season. They just get up and down the court. Look at numbers like AST/TO and AST% and you'll see ... it's sloppy and one-on-one out there moreso than the NBA most of the time.

    One down, two to go!

Haha you're correct. It's fun to watch though. Reminded me of the old MDA Suns or Adelmans Kings. I was big on Gary Payton II but Isaiah Taylor looked impressive tonight. Kyle Wiltjer's jumper is a thing of beauty. Not sure Nanu is the big man answer. He should be dominating. We may need to sign Taj Gibson this summer. One down, one to go!

D-League ball is a little sloppy, but from a talent standpoint, there's a lot more on the court than the average NCAA game. And the defense is better than 1/2 the NCAA games. The quality has vastly improved from its opening days.

Josh Smith looked fantastic last night. He controlled the paint as the Vipers beat a good 905 team that hasn't lost in quite some time.

RGV may be in trouble... one of their best offensive threats, Isaiah Taylor, got injured. He didn't play hardly any of the game, but came back to the bench later, so hopefully it's not too serious. The offense was shut down pretty much in this game. Hope they find a way to win the final game. Wiltjer needs to go off for 60. lol.

Pascal Siakam looked great!!! Not sure why he didn't stick with the Raptors.

Apparently a few of the Raptors players went to cheer on their D-League brethren. Nice.

Love this. Gets Troy some run and provides a ringer to win a chip. I'm watching.

Big loss not having Isaiah Taylor and Chris Johnson to play. Kyle Witljer was disappointing this game.
Wish D-League had a five game series for the Finals instead.

Despite the loss, it's still a good season for RGV. Some good potential players for the Rockets in the near future.

Congrats to the 905 and Jerry Stackhouse. Maybe he can take Dwane Casey's head coaching job for the Raptors soon.
